Digital marketing is a form of marketing for promoting and selling products or services on the Internet. It’s the process of leveraging different online marketing channels like search engines, social media networks, and email to reach your target audience.
In simple words, Digital marketing is more about marketing than digital. Digital is just a medium.
Let’s understand this with a clear example
I have Cooking YouTube Channel “Wish Your Dish”, I need not go person to person to market my recipes to gain a subscriber. I will simply achieve it with my better content, simplicity, methodology & Being informative.
Now you must get an idea about Digital marketing is more about marketing than digital.
Now let’s talk about another part.
I will run Facebook ads, google ads to gain traffic, which is another thing. But it is the only medium through which I’m again marketing my Channel, my content.
This means that I’m marketing my cooking YouTube channel ‘wish your Dish’ through the digital medium: the internet, this article. I can also do marketing of another’s product through my channel this is the depth of Digital Marketing.
Through digital marketing, you can find people interested in your offering, interact with them, and build trust with your brand.

Law of Marketing:
So here you don’t need a proper outgoing technical law in the case of marketing.
Law of marketing means, it is just a rule made by people only, as every people thinking is different. So people can define it according to their mindset.
I have a few laws of marketing, let’s understand them more deeply:
1.Marketing is based on Science, not on creativity.
Suppose you want to sell any product, you don’t need creativity in that, all you need is you to have to prove to the customer that, my product is good (need, benefits, future) so that customer will be satisfied.
This means all you need here is only science for your justification.
2.Marketing starts before creating a product. It starts with understanding the customer & the customer’s need for creating that product itself.
Before creating any product, you must know:

This means that you have to market before creating any product.
You have to satisfy people why my product is useful at present as well in the future. Then only your product is worth what you created.
People should have a positive approach to your product.
All you need to do is convey all your thoughts, being very informative about it before creating.
That’s why marketing is important before creating any product.
3.Marketing is sending the right Message, to the right person, at the right time.
You should have all the knowledge about the product, current market. Who is interested in your product, then only you can do marketing.
Now again the same question coming into mind

Let’s talk about Swiggy Food Service Cuisines of India.
Swiggy sends a Push msg for any special Dish for a particular restaurant.
So in this case, if you are interested to eat food, you just order it, even if you are not interested, you just order it & grab the speciality. So here I’m the right person, I get msg to have some special food, at the right time.
3.Marketing is not about selling. It is also keeping an existing customer happy by communicating with them so that they can remain a customer for a long time.

Suppose I have 1 Lacks customers & you are selling a product worth Rs.100 to make 1 crore. You can make revenue but there is no profit.
Imagine that you can do it two times of target i.e. 50% profit margin means having 10,000 customers & selling a product Rs1000, you can easily make 1 crore, definitely here is profit. because having 10000 customers instead of 1 lack will be a good target to sell my product.
But all you need to decide what is your Niche. In the case of the Narrow niche, there is no big availability of services than the broad niche. In a narrow niche, the target audience is less & also no service.
Your niche should not be so Narrow nor Broad.
You are selling a Rs 100 product to 1,00,000 customers, it is to make 1crore. Because once you build trust in 100000 customers, they will buy the product Rs 100 & they will also satisfied with it.
Once you have 100000 L customers you can sell 10% of them i.e 10,000 customers and Rs 1000 Product without incurring any customers extra charge & still, you can make 1 crore rs for the Second time.
You can repeat the same formula to the next target of Rs10,000 of 1000 customer & these 1000 customers are just 10% of 10,00000 customers &you can easily make 1 crore without having any additional cost. Apply the same for next.
